We loved staying in this hotel! The room was spacious with excellent amenities such as coffee/tea facilities, bathrobe, and slippers. Everything was super clean and we got daily complimentary bottles of water. The location was perfect as it was close to many tourist attractions and we could easily walk to most of them. the hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Great location nearby a palace and a Buddhist temple, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. Rooms are small but well-decorated, super clean and equipped with advanced technological facilities. Breakfast offers a superb variety of both Korean and European options, with delicious food. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Bathrooms come with a nice bathtub to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was conveniently located near many tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation. We were able to visit the palaces, museums, and other significant points of the city within walking distance. There were also plenty of restaurant options nearby, making it easy to find meals. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the staff was helpful and willing to assist us when needed.

One of the major issues we encountered was the concierge's mishandling of our reservations. It took a lot of effort and the assistance of a Korean person to resolve the situation.
